***The is an In-House Temporary position that has the potential of becoming a full-time internal position with Staffmark***

As an Account Manager you will provide human resource services for Staffmark's customers, including but not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees placed with Staffmark's customers. Assesses and evaluates customer needs, determines and defines detailed job requirements. Evaluates, assesses, selects, orients, and educates job candidates for Staffmark's customers in order to ensure the best placement of an employee for Staffmark's customers as well as for the best placement for the employee. Serves as liaison between customers and employees to create and implement processes to meet the human resources needs for the customer and Staffmark's temporary employee. Evaluates worksite performance of employees and makes decisions regarding appropriate measures to resolve disciplinary issues. Develops and fosters professional partnerships with customers to ensure their human resources needs are met.

Job Requirements


�Understand and support the Vision and Values of Staffmark .
�A Bachelor�s degree from an accredited university or institution.
�2-3 years of customer service, human resources and/or management experience. Staffing industry experience is a preferred.
�Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office products.
�Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and customer service skills.
�Strong customer service skills.
