Premier bio-life science company in Enfield is looking for a temp to hire Refrigeration Technician to join their team. This is a 1st shift position (7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday). $15 per hour

� Completion and testing of all shaker and freezer refrigeration assemblies.

� Works on their own with minor supervision or guidance.

� Assembly of all refrigeration schematics, which includes, soft and silver soldering, brazing, evacuation, and charging with the inspection check list and products work instruction to meet machines operating specifications and standards set in routings.

� Read and comprehend drawings, bill of materials, and piping schematics.

� Inspects and tests units for fit, performance and compliance with standards, using supplied test equipment.

� Complete knowledge of common refrigerants.

� Follow all controlled product work instructions for assembling unit.

� Assists in the creation of prototype refrigeration systems.

� Required to do self-inspection of products as documented and controlled by quality assurance.

� Make all necessary transactions required for the ERP system.

� Installs sub-assemblies, parts and components in assemblies, according to drawings and specifications, using had and power tools.

� Will be required to do electrical and mechanical trouble shooting.

� Will train and aid others as needed.

� Specialized packaging with operation of case sealing and strapping machines, operation of lifting tools

� Assist Manufacturing Engineering in the creation, development and revision of assembly documentation

� Accurately document the necessary quality and inventory control measuring checks

� Assist in assembly line troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance programs

� Must enter time daily and perform other job related duties as assigned.

� Must work to safety standards and avoid any unsafe working habits.

� Follows ISO 900 I policies and procedures in the performance to the responsibilities outlined in the job description.

� Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

High school diploma; Complete knowledge of common refrigerants.
