Staffmark is working with a leading manufacturer of instrumetn clusters and head-Up Display Systems and supplies major automotive manufacturers such as Honda, Chrysler and GM.



General Summary

Monitor and oversee hourly associates work activity and warehousing. Assure compliance to applicable safety regulations and policies. Drive departmental performance to achieve KPI's. Involvement in continuous improvement activity to include interdepartmental activity. Conduct performance evaluations of hourly associates. Conduct corrective discipline per new Sabina policy.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and oversee hourly associates work activity



  • Complete KPI checks and followup



  • Assure compliance to Safety regulations and policies.



  • Communicate with all departments and leadership concerning service and new model orders



  • Complete necessary checks and follow up to ensure Inventory accuracy



  • Cross- functional and continuous improvement activity.

    Job Requirements

    Formal Education and certification:

    �Minimum 2-year degree or applicable technical certificate.

    Knowledge and experience:

    �Previous experience high volume manufacturing environment.

    �Computer literate in Microsoft Office

    �Previous management experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

    �Microsoft Office applications, JDE and CCore preferred

    Availability:

    �Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours. Off-hours as needed.
