  • In this position you'll provide outstanding customer service and technical support to customers on the phone or via messages through web chat and email.   • Job Requirements

    �Working knowledge or ability to learn multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, including: Windows, Android, Blackberry OS and, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment and applications
    �Ability to troubleshoot reported problems on hardware, software, OS, applications and device compatibility
    �Strong decision making and problem solving skills
    �Excellent computer skills (of course)
    �Excellent voice and interpersonal communication skills
    �Ability to retain the detailed information needed to solve complex problems
    �Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
    �Comfort with Web-based tools and search engines
    �Patience to adapt to varying customer knowledge and skill levels
    �Minimum of 1 year of experience with complex problem solving
    �Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering great customer service
    �Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills not required, but a big plus
