Sales Representitve - Hanover Park, IL

Pay Rate/Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00

A leading supplier of industrial drying and pneumatic conveying equipment manufacturers is looking for a Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key contacts among customers

  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

  • Pursue sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them

  • Prospecting new clients with phone calls and frequent business trips.

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements:

  • Team player orientation. Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external parties

  • Bachelor's degree of confidentiality required

  • Passion to turn prospects into customers

  • Able to multi task

  • Motivated by others success

  • Self-starter: Strong leadership skills and looking to grow with the company wanting to better himself for constant improvement

  • Exceptional skills and understand that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority

  • Detailed monthly report providing accurate information

  • Strong work ethics

  • Polite & positive attitude


Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 50% travel required

  • Willingness to travel weekly with overnight stays
