Customer Support Rep - Columbia, TN

Our client is currently seeking enthusiastic customer service representatives for a call center in Columbia, TN. This will be a first shift position (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and will run until approximately January 2020. We are looking for team memebers who have good customer service skills, can comfortably have phone conversations speaking clearly and using proper phone etiquette, and properly navigate a computer with Microsoft Office. All potential candidates will need to be able to train for 2 weeks learning the company product and becoming familiar with what is offered to customers before starting their respective positions.
