The Patient Support Specialist is responsible communicating with customers in a clear, professional manner. Day to day job duties include:
Verify insurance coverage
Collect appropriate information needed to ensure coverage
Update computer systems
Contact insurance carriers to resolve coverage issues
Respond to messages and support tickets within designated time frames
Other duties as assigned
