Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Corona, CA

Looking for a Great Customer Service Representative in a Manufacturing Environment.

Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

Front line and follow up communication with customers via phone and email for quote requests, all aspects of order processing from entry to shipment as well as any/all customer issues or inquiries. Functions include quoting of small parts or standard equipment, quote review and order entry, packaging of instruction manuals and all pertinent order documents, pack lists & commercial invoice creation, and communication of order status to customers. Must have the ability to work in and understand a manufacturing environment. Must also have the ability to learn and understand the products and processes of our company and our customer's unique requirements.

  • Manage and review new customer orders/requests and manual data entry of orders as required
  • Quoting of small parts and standard products.
  • Communication and follow up regarding status of open quotes and orders with customers, as well as with internal departments.
  • Utilization of Sage Mas200 software.
  • Heavy coordination & communication with Shipping department in various locations.
  • Proactively provide problem-resolution for our customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to problem-solve and escalate issues to management when required.
  • Ability to multitask with many factors or tasks open at the same time.
  • Consistent follow through on projects, tasks and objectives.
  • Other duties as requested.

Experience in Customer Service within a manufacturing environment, 2+ years Experience with Inventory Management software, 2+ years (Sage MAS200 software preferred but not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills using Word, Outlook, Excel. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED; higher level is a plus.
