Staffmark has partnered with a great company in Cincinnati to recruit a Help Desk Representative! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-growing company that offers tons of room for growth and advancement. If you are tech savvy, good with computers, and enjoy troubleshooting, we are looking for YOU!

Position Summary:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and troubleshooting technical concerns
  • Assisting internal customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide remote technical support via phone or other media as required for various hardware and software applications.
  • Complete and document all call in the form of service tickets
  • Escalate and monitor tickets through support layers until issue resolved
  • Communicate technical analysis and resolution through written documentation
  • Problem solving with employees
  • Maintain and establish Call Center metrics
