Manufacturing Customer Service Rep. - Cypress, CA

Pay Rate/Salary: $20.00 - $21.00

  • Enter new Returned Material Authorizations into corporate ERP system and commute.

  • Identify and resolve individual customer orders, credit, shipping, and return material issues.

  • Must have recent experience in a manufacturing Call Center.

  • Orders require some kind of research (wrong part# provided, incorrect price, special requirements).

  • Need to be action oriented with a sense of urgency since they have a time limit as to when the orders are to be entered.

  • Very well organized and detail oriented.

  • Must be a team player & willing to help in other areas

  • Must have Manufacturing Customer Service experience in a call center environment.

  • Must have CSR experience and come from an order desk / manufacturing company type of background. Heavy data entry skill required. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) required.

  • Experience with EDI, ISO & Kaizen would be ideal, but not a requirement.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge of relevant computer applications • ERP system knowledge (Glovia is a plus), as well as EDI implementation • Experienced customer service representative who is proactive and able to multi- task • Strong computer skills with MS Office and in particular MS Excel. Education Requirements: Preferably an associate degree in business administration / communications or high school diploma with three years experience in Customer Service or inside sales
