Aspects of the Position:

  • Hands on training
  • Fast paced work environment
  • Must be able to hand pick direct mail products on an assembly line
  • Will be required to keep pace with team to minimize stoppage on line
    Constant physical activity required
  • Having to do floor work (housekeeping) during slow times
  • Will be supervised by Team Leader
  • Will stand entire shift, bend, stoop, twist, turn and reach (if doing hand inserting projects, will be sitting)
  • Lift up to 40 lbs
  • Repetitive motion

Requirements:
Ability to work independently and in a team Basic problem solving skills. Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English. Basic math skills. Attention to detail. Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to appropriately and securely handle company property, including direct mail in a large warehouse facility. Must be able to appropriately and safely handle confidential and/or private information in a direct mail environment.
