Customer Service Representative - Austin, TX

Pay Rate/Salary: $12.00 - $12.50

Our ideal candidate will be a fun loving, polite, enthusiastic, and reliable professional who wants to provide exceptional customer service to our client's employees and customers. These individuals should be able to think on their feet to make quick and accurate decisions.

  • Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; updating/maintaining internal databases.

  • Maintains customer satisfaction ratings as outlined.

  • Determines whether company policies are able to immediately resolve a customer issue or if the issue requires escalation to management.

  • Keeps records of all conversations in databases.

  • Upkeep databases by imputing customer/Order related information as required.

  • Meet personal and team goals.

  • Reports to the call center supervisor.

  • Perform additional duties as necessary.


Requirements:
-Proven customer support experience -Ability to demonstrate active listening skills -Strong computer skills -Excellent interpersonal communication skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively -Ability to adapt to different personality types. -Strong problem solving abilities -High level of professionalism -Must be available to work some holidays and weekends Required Experience/Education: -High school diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred
