As a Customer Service Representative

You will:

  • Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information, delivering excellent customer service.

  • Maintain accurate and useful database records.

    We have several different shifts available:

  • 11:00am-8:00pm

  • 12:00pm -9pm

  • 1:00pm-10.00

    Pay rate $10.00

• High school diploma required. 1-2 years of customer service experience (including heavy contact with the public) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online databases. Excellent problem-solving, listening, communication, and skills
