Contract to Hire Opportunity
This job enables teams to deliver the highest business value to their customer as effectively and efficiently as possible. They accomplish this by coaching and advising the teams as well as leadership on desired Scrum processes, procedures, values and interactions as well as opportunities for continuous improvement. The job strives to enabling teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional and accountable while assisting them to achieve their Sprint plan by facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments and resolving issues outside of the team's control.
Education level: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Management. Experience: 3 to 5 years IS or IT experience required. 1 to 3 years Scrum Master experience preferred. Health Insurance Industry experience. Specific skills: Possesses an in depth understanding of agile principles and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP). Conflict Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making. Demonstrates Outstanding Interpersonal Communication Skills. Understands Change Management. Displays self awareness and empathy. Motivates, encourages, and empowers others. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
