Operations Specialist - Cincinnati, OH
-Work in conjunction with the Management team to provide program implementation and operations support, maintain and expand business oppertunities.
-Act as a liaison between Clients, Assosicates, and Staffmark departments
-Answering phone, greeting our Clients and Associates in a professional manner
-Hiring through E-Verify
-Onboard candidates and prepare for client assignments
-Interact regularly with associates, clients, and operation staff
-Manage associates including hiring, firing, counseling on job performance
-Skill market associates for our clients
-Conduct thorough interviews, pre-employment screeings (i.e. background and drug screening)
-Monitor social media pages
-Additional administrative duties as needed
-Staffing Industry and Managed Services experience preferred. - Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. - Demonstrate a strong team orientation with all level of employees and customers. - Strong technical proficiency (i.e. computer skills)to the extent all electronic internal data flow including hiring, payroll reporting. -Great Attendance.
