Technical Service Rep - Winnetka, IL

A chemical solutions manufacturer is looking for a Technical Service Rep. This position is the liason between Marketing, R&D and the customers This position is responsible for supporting technical inquiries for internal and external customers in regards to their product, sample order placement and following up on completed customer surveys. This reports to the NA Technical Service Manager for the surfactants division, team of 4. The Manager is very supportive of her team, she's a coach that enjoys mentoring her team and coming up with solutions.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree within Chemistry or Chemical Engineering a must -Previous experience within a lab setting and/or customer service experience with technical product
