Staffmark is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Mooresville, NC for one of our amazing companies! This position would be a Direct Hire opportunity! The hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you are looking for a new Customer Service position, Staffmark wants to talk to you!

  • Pay is $11.50 per hour starting out
  • Candidate must have experience working with Excel

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers & sales agents on a daily basis by phone and email
  • Takings orders over the phone and by email ensuring that order confirmations are sent out promptly
  • Processing orders through our order fulfillment system
  • Booking in and dispatching orders through our courier
  • Ensuring customer account information is kept up to date
  • Taking and processing card payments
  • Informing customers of order lead times
  • Helping chase outstanding accounts
  • Maintaining our admin filing systems
  • Other ad hoc duties may be required to be carried out as and when needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous telephone customer service and admin experience
  • Experience in a fast-pace environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Excel
