Pay Rate: $15.50 / hour

Shift: Mon - Fri (Overtime as needed)

9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Training schedule: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Important Job Duties

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with customer complaints and answering questions. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones

  • Finding customer records or accounts in the database

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Completing Data Entry tasks

  • Additional tasks as needed

Requirements

Previous call center experience. Data entry experience. Strong computer skills. High school diploma or GED. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
