Responsibilities and Duties:
Supports efforts to attract enterprise audiences and engages them through strategic development and distribution of creative multimedia content.
Collects, monitors, and analyzes website metrics, and optimizes strategic approach. Interacts with individuals and teams from across the enterprise to identify new opportunities to tell stories. Collaborates with subject matter experts throughout the enterprise to create and manage engaging content. Consistently improves content. Ensures content distribution to digital channels and platforms to increase site traffic.
Researches and writes email, web, and presentation copy. Thinks both creatively and analytically to produce and publish content in various forms across several digital channels. Conceptualizes and executes visual storytelling for infographics, memes, and other graphics through relationships with creative teams.
Creates multimedia video content, including project case studies, instructional animations, and other enterprise-wide projects. Develops storytelling strategies for digital video projects. Writes and edits video scripts.

- Educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
