Call Center Representative - Lexington, NC

Staffmark is hiring for a Call Center Representative in Lexington, NC for a great company! This is a 2nd shift position! If you are looking for a new Call Center position, Staffmark wants to talk to you!

  • Pay starts at $12/hour and increases to $12.54 when hired on

  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday and a mandatory weekend day

  • Must be able to train on 1st (8am to 5pm) for a few weeks and then move to 12:30pm to 9:30pm shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries received through a toll-free number and other points of contact.
  • Ensure all tasks are conducted with accuracy and in a customer first manner consistent with corporate policies.
  • Resolve and manage difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and sustain established call center metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and the customer.
  • Problem-solve with a goal of first contact resolution.
  • Input accurate customer data into the customer relationship tool while speaking on the phone with the customer.
  • Update managers and supervisors on consumer concerns and trends in product complaints
  • Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as part of a standard work schedule.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have basic computer skills (email, web browsing, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience troubleshooting computer issues
