Customer Service Representative - San Diego, CA

Pay Rate/Salary: $15.00 - $15.00

Tuesday-Saturday 8a-4:30pm (BUT will include Mondays during peak season)

Route Organization

Handle inbound and outbound calls from our delivery team

Assist delivery team by navigatingthem to the customers address

Input doucmentation onall calls and follow up with callers as needed

Escalate calls as needed to the appropriate lead or department

Resolve customer support related isues and provide callers with proper solutions to their concerns

Data entry

Order research

.1 year experience call center or other customer service environment .Strong communication skills .Detail oriented .Basic computer knowledge .Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously .BILINGUAL IN SPANISH A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
