This Admin Associate position encompasses all of the following responsibilities listed below and also requires the person to have the ability to master other responsibilities that are pertinent to the position.

  • Customer Service
  • Data Entry
  • Sales Support
  • Accounting, A/R and A/P duties
  • Post to, research, correct, and reconcile accounts
  • Collections
  • Basic administrative and clerical duties (filing, faxing, telephone communication and using a calculator)
  • Ability to cross train

- High School Diploma required - 1 year customer service preferred - 2 years A/R experience preferred. - 1 year collection experience preferred. - Computer proficiency to include but not limited to: Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook required - Attention to Detail - Excellent Oral and written skills - 6 months cashier experience (receiving cash, posting to spreadsheet, creating deposit) preferred - Willing to cross train in all areas
