Administrative Assistant - Long Island City, NY

This is a permanent job with our client in Long Island City. Maximum annual salary is $65,000.

Position Description:

The ideal candidate possesses natural organizational talents and a strong professional foundation. Someone who is very Excel savvy and enjoys taking the initiative and can work intuitively to manage all levels of tasks, duties and projects as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize requests and manage information effectively
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations including agendas, hand-outs etc…
  • Draft professional correspondence with accuracy
  • Create and manage files – both electronic and hard copy
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar for both business and personal
  • Compile expense reports for reimbursement and other financial records as needed


  • 5+ years experience working one on one with a top level executive
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

At least 5 years of experience providing administrative support to a top level executive.
