Securities and Trust Coordinator - Birmingham, AL

Balance and process securities related payments on accounting system for various depositories. Ensure all transaction activity is posted correctly and balanced daily to meet SLAs. Monitor reconcilements for prompt resolutions of issues. Analyze and prepare foreign tax reclaim documentation by set deadlines. Prepare reporting as needed for audits, foreign tax reclaim and regulatory reporting. Crosstrain on all functions in the unit and assist with training others as needed. Proactively seek opportunities for improvement in existing processes to maximize productivity and reduce risk. Other duties as assigned.

Looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented and does not require a lot of supervision. Intermediate to Advanced skill level with spreadsheet and database software. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients. Good organizational skills, handling multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment. Ability to work well with others and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Business related college degree preferred or 3-4 years reconcilement experience with trust and investment operations experience preferred. Working experience with Alnova, IArchive, SEI Trust 3000, DTCC, Federal Reserve, Phase3, General Ledger, eAccess preferred
