As an Account Manager you will be responsible for providing a variety of functions:

  • Interact with customers to evaluate and assess the customers staffing needs

  • Evaluate and interview applicants

  • Evaluates temporary employees and determines the employee who would best meet the needs of Staffmark's customers, while at the same time evaluating the needs and skills of the temporary employee.

  • Serve as intermediary between employees and customers

  • Investigates and evaluates workers compensation matters to resolve and/or make recommendation as to the resolutions of the matter

  • Evaluates and determines best methods to develop new business for the company including researching additional services for current customers and developing relationships with current customers and understanding their staffing needs

  • Contribute to the company's candidate database by evaluation and implementing the best methods for recruiting potential candidates

  • May be responsible for the above duties to support On-site Supervisor or Managers

  • Maintain all appropriate paperwork and documentation

  • Must be available after hours and on weekends to address and resolve the needs of temporary employees and customers

  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service/human resources experience and or equivalent combination of education which can include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution. Experience in Staffing highly recommended, but not required. Understand and support the Vision and Values of Staffmark. Microsoft Office Products Proficiency. Excellent Communication, both written and verbal, and customer service skills.
