Korean Speaking Support Agent - Austin, TX

Pay Rate/Salary: $14.00 - $18.00

Staffmark is Seeking Korean Speaking Customer Support agents to assist the global contact center at a semiconductor facility in northeast Austin. The ideal employee will have open shift availability and be able to read and write Korean fluently.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from Korean location and update customer on orders
  • Take notes on orders in SAP system
  • Email order updates to Korean customer
  • Take orders via phone and email
  • Place orders via SAP system
  • Communicate billing/invoicing information to Korean customer
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of solid customer service experience
  • MUST be fluent in Korean; written and verbal
  • Ability to handle high call volume; call center experience a PLUS!!
  • Must be computer literate; SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate professional over the phone and via email in Korean
  • Ability to learn new tasks and take direction
  • Ability to work independently as needed
