Provide administrative support for all of the service center needs including and not limited to customer service requests and questions, paperwork and billing, fielding phone calls, license plate requests.

Service Center Duties:

  • Answer phones and providing customer service by helping if possible or to locate the best person to assist.

  • Data entry of all service center activity.

  • Issue bookings when requested and provide to the customer.

  • Issue redeliveries upon request.

  • Provides billing to corporate for prebill and final billing for invoice processing.

  • Data entry of daily activity.

  • Input all interchanges for out-gate and in-gate chassis'.

  • Provide corporate a daily activity report via email.

  • Type estimates and send billing to corporate for prebill.

Ability to communicate (written and verbal) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment A basic understanding of office filing system and record keeping Capacity for organization Experience with Microsoft office
