Leading US Insurance company is in process of deploying work from home programs for 3 different call centers based out of the Orange County Area. Must have development and deployment experience in a similar atmosphere. Will be responsible for driving the overall direction of the work from home program. Will work closely with Information Systems to manage technical components of the program and serve as business lead. Must be able to assess and analyze cost benefits for support. Strong understanding of recruitment for remote roles, previous experience required, experience with compensation strategies and details like workers comp, equipment purchases and equipment recovery. Currently at 400 employees in program and will grow to 3000.
Salary range $108-122K plus benefits to include medical, dental, vision, PTO for vacation, illness and holidays. Life Insurance, disability insurance, Pendion, 401K savings plan, employee discounts and opportunity for work for large stable organization with over 10,000 employee is 21 states. Will consider relocating candidates and able to do video interviews for first rounds.
Must have strong experience Project Management setting up remote/work from home call center environments for 1000+ employees. Must have worked with this volume of employees and be able to grow program to 3000 employees. BA/BS Degree required. Able to work Monday-Friday business hours out of Orange County HQ right off the 405 FWY.
