Pay Rate/Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00

Staffmark is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our local cincinnati based printing company, and are looking for passionate and drive individuals that fully represent Staffmark in full capacity.

Job Duties include:

-Monitoring status of customer orders, and maintaining communication between clients and internal company departments

-Review customer qoutes for accuracy

-Enters orders information into database and monitors order requests

-Coordinate and ensures customers supplies are available on-time

-Order necessary supplies for production needs

-Answer routine customer inquries

-Gathers and organizes shop order and paperwork for billing purposes

-Must be able to work 2nd shift

-Associates degree or 6 month of related experience -Experience in book, magazine, and catalog printing -Basic mathematical skills -Basic Microsoft office skills -Attention to detail -Able to multi-task -Must be able to work 2nd shift
