TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST to work virtually in long term contract role. This person will manage the design, development, testing and delivery of assigned learning programs. WIll create and execute project plans while meeting budget and timelines. Will manage processes used to support the Learning team, such as external courses, learning history updates, website, etc.
Qualifications: At least 5 yearsÃ¢â¬â¢ experience in managing projects in a training/learning environment. Demonstrated excellent writing and project management skills. Demonstrated strong communication skills, and the ability to interact at all levels. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint. Proficient with MS Project, or other project management tools. Advance Excel Skills. Ability to research, analyze, design, develop, or customize instructional materials and work with different types of input to create instructional content. Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data. Education: Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Education, Organizational Psychology/Development or similar. MBA or Master of Science a plus. Instructional design certification(s) is desirable.
