Assistant CSR Position

Requirements: 2+ years in customer service / call center experience, 1+ years in Sales, 1+ years in health care field a plus Resume required to be considered. Please email your resume to Lacey.thean@staffmark.com

Duties:

• Reception coverage

• Filing and sorting

• Distributing of faxes (Virtual/Email faxes)

• Reviewing and distributing Customer Service emails

• Special projects

Updating Customer Database such as:

  • Name & Address corrections

  • Third party shipping updates

  • Flagging accounts as (GPO) Group purchasing organizations

  • Flagging accounts with specific notes & instructions

Assisting New Accounts coordinator with:

  • New Accounts Set-up

  • Web order retrieval & processing

  • Linking customer to website

  • Call report updates

Assist Customer Service with:

  • Answer overflow of calls

  • Assist customers with returns and replacement orders

  • Gathering information to research products and parts

  • Ability to identify vendors and parts needed (once fully trained)

  • Process orders, returns, quotes, create part numbers, etc. (once fully trained)

  • Follow up on quotes, open sales orders, emails, etc.

Skills:

• Good computer & typing skills

• Microsoft Office skills - a must (Outlook, Basic Excel & Word)

• Detail oriented – very important

• Able to multi-task – a must have ability

• Good spelling and grammar skills

• Good phone skills

• Quick learner and willingness to learn

• Customer Service Experience

• Able to handle difficult customers

• Pleasant manner

• Call center experience

• Bilingual Spanish a plus (but not required)

Hourly rate: $14.00hr

Hours: 8:00 - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, have strong math skills along with being very detail oriented.
