Staffmark has partnered with a company located in Monroe to recruit a Technical Support Agent for a great opportunity! This is a well-established company that offers room for growth and advancement.

The successful candidate will respond to end users telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical/application support. Additionally, will identify, research, and resolve technical problems; document, track and monitor the problem to ensure timely solutions.

Job Description

  • Support all corporate hardware, software and networking needs.
  • Provide daily support to users in all systems, hardware, and software related issues.
  • Hardware/ Software Installation & Support
  • Software/Update Deployment using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • MS Office Product Support – Strong Excel Skills (Macros, Graphs, etc)
  • Research, Recommend and Procure electronic equipment (PC's Printers, Digital Cameras, etc)
  • Experience working in a Call Center environment is preferred

Requirements:
Must be technically inclined Candidates must have high-energy, with a professional and friendly demeanor Must be proficient with Windows Strong communication skills are required Good problem solving skills communication and organizational skills, team-player.
