Technical Support Phone Agent - Austin, TX

Staffmark is seeking an entry level technical support agent to join the shared tech team at a mid-sized call center in North Austin. Candidate must have TCP/IP knowledge and have some technical skills. Self-taught candidates encouraged to apply.

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Basic duties include:

  • Remoting into customer computer to troubleshoot and solve problems

  • Escalating customer issues to management and client

  • Communicating and explaining solution to customer

  • Listening to customer issues before diagnosing the problem

  • Communicating with customer via phone and chat

  • Other duties as needed
