Customer Support - Austin, TX

Pay Rate/Salary: $13.00 - $13.50

Staffmark is seeking a customer support agent who lives and breathes customer service. This will be a call heavy role providing service to a luxury rental company. Ideal employee will know how to handle tough situations with grace but also be able to enforce policies.

Hours: Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone inquiries from clients renting luxury products

  • Troubleshoot website

  • Assist in adding guests to rental agreement

  • Assist agents in processing rental agreements

  • Working with rental agent and guest to assure all needs and policies are met

  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service even in tough situations

  • Ability to relay policy information to guests in an appropriate way

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Handworker who is looking to meet needs and move up in company
