Retirement Specialist - Cincinnati, OH
We would love to have you join our corporate shared services HR team as a Retirement Specialist, supporting over fifty 401k plans for different clients, as well as several large internal retirement plans, a Non-Qualified Deferred Comp Plan, annual compliance testing, and annual audits. This is a demanding but rewarding position. Responsible for the weekly retirement plan changes, file balancing and submission, employee inquiry replies, issue investigation, assistance with conversions and deconversions of new client retirement plans, annual testing, and annual audit coordination.

3-5 years of experience working with retirement plans. PeopleSoft HRIS experience a plus. Experience with annual compliance testing and audits Strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated Unwavering integrity and ethical behavior in all matters Ability to work in a high volume environment and meet deadlines Ability to learn new technology, new processes and document these processes as well
