Ã¢â¬Â¢ Manage relationship with customers; focusing on long-term development of relationships. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Manage weekly and daily order processing (EDI and Syspro) from order submission through customerÃ¢â¬â¢s business system to order closing in Syspro. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Track orders in our system; coordinate with warehouse. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Coordinate internal efforts and communication to meet optimal order fill. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Analyze customer vendor reports to resolve issues and identify opportunities for efficiency. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Create and present daily and weekly reports. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Assist accounting department with reports needed for month end close Ã¢â¬Â¢ Communicate weekly with customers on products and order status. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Advise on back orders for forecasting purposes. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Process customer payments and follow up on discrepancies and manage customer collections. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Comply with federal, state, local and anti-trust requirements. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Protect operations by keeping business strategies, trade secrets and financials confidential. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Ensure compliance with anti-trust regulations, including communicating concerns, liabilities or unethical activities. Ã¢â¬Â¢ All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Associate degree or a combination of education and experience with technology Ã¢â¬Â¢ Excellent customer service skills. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Strong written and oral communication skills. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office with higher level of Excel proficiency. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Good analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Strong critical thinking and math skills. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Accuracy and attention to detail. Ã¢â¬Â¢ Desire to learn and improve.
