Technical Analyst - Tulsa, OK

Job Summary

Performs technical support activities, such as error logging, monitoring of support queues, user access requests, and other administrative technical activities. Will be responsible for helping to clarify user requests, and assist in troubleshooting/resolution process with vendors, and internal staff.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

1. Communicate both written and orally with internal users on resolutions or updates to support requests.

2. Monitor and update support desk queues and vendor support queues, tracking tickets from beginning to end, ensuring appropriate data is input for resolution, and ensuring root cause is provided along with resolutions.

3. May assist with user setup and configuration and help troubleshoot application maintenance que for non-technical resolutions.

4. Communicate both written and orally with internal users on resolutions or updates to support requests.

5. Create ad hoc reports using MS Excel and MS Excel functions, pulling content from multiple systems.

6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned including meeting notes, scheduling calls, excel v-lookups, pivot tables, charts & reporting.

7. Data analysis and reporting that may pertain to other subject matter as needed.


Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required, Minimum of 1 year of experience, Technical Skills: Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Strong Excel skills; Access database;Some SQL skills. Technical aptitude with MS SharePoint, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
