Seeking an Order Management/Order to Cash Analyst to join our large, global team. This is a one year contract to start, supporting an established company known for its sustainability and beloved brands.

Job Title: Order to Cash Analyst

Duration: One Year Contract
Special Skills Required: This particular role requires strong Customer Service skills, ability to articulate clearly both verbally and written, ability to multi-task, and independent decision making. Experience in OTC environment, especially order management/processing is necessary.


§ Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time across all channels, brands and order types

§ Effectively review and analyze the order files for specific accounts assigned and ensure maximized on time and complete order conversion (pre-shipments, force allocation etc.).

§ Coordinate with Allocation Team for exceptional actions for allocation/shipment (e.g. pre-pack activities)

§ Ensure order files are regularly cleansed for un-shippable assets (past due, dropped products etc.)

§ Regular review of orders blocked for exceptions (system rejections (VIR, J0 etc.) missing prices, delivery blocks, credit blocks, past RDD etc. etc.) in the selection, take actions to maximize conversion and mitigate risks of cancellations

§ Minimize impact of dilutions through ensuring all returns/cancellation requests are validated in line with European policy and are approved timely in line with Signature Authority Matrix

§ Manage Retail End of Season returns approval, collection and receipt

§ Ensure Leadership is alerted to potential order management issues (i.e. potential missed ship dates, non-compliance disputes, critical situations that erode relationship with Retailer/Sales Team)

§ Ensure all customer special requirements (VAS leveling, bagging, booking in etc.) are followed in accordance with Customer Supplier compliance agreements. Ensure seasonal VAS data is procured from customer and uploaded to respective systems

§ Work closely with Distribution/logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders and support of issue resolution

§ Execute order modifications as directed from Demand/Supply reconciliation notified from MP&IM Teams

§ Escalate/resolve EDI issues

§ Control delivery (through external supplier) of relevant order management reporting

§ Support pricing governance checks and pricing issue escalation

§ Generate and issue Pricat files

§ Follow up open P.O's not receipted by Retail stores

§ Manage Store to Stores transfers

§ Support Sales Strategies/Promotion and/or Left to Sell activities with relevant customer contact to drive target achievement

Experience in order management within an analytical capacity.
