Technical Support Representative – Work at Home

Our Technical Support Representatives are the front-line support for more than 300 million customers. As a Technical Support Representative, you will:

  • Maintain exceptional customer service while providing technology solutions for customers' inquiries about hardware, software OS, apps, and compatibility

  • Remotely support multiple technology devices across Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS

    Work at Home Requirements:

  • High speed internet

    • Minimum download speed 6.0Mbps and minimum upload speed of 786 Kbps

  • Basic analog landline telephone service

  • A distraction free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift

  • Must be able to work in our brick and mortar facility for the first 60 days of employment prior to transitioning home.

  • Only employees in good standing at the end of 60 days and that can meet the home technical requirements will be considered to work from home.

  • Equipment will be provided for business purposes only

  • 6 months of previous customer service experience
