  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
    • Answers phones in a timely manner

    • Transferring calls prompting before transferring
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
    • 3 conference rooms
      • Provides general support to visitors
    • Asking them for their name, to sign in, offer a kombucha
  • Answers customer service calls and emails with responses from FAQ
    • FAQ is shared with you via OneDrive
    • Customer complaints
      • Log in customer complaints in document found in dropbox
      • Dropbox > Operations > Operations and Logistics > Product Complaint
        • Hard Complaints
        • Soft Complaints
        • Kegs
    • Coupons
      • Log in all coupons in the coupon log found in dropbox
        • Dropbox > Sales > Coupons > Coupon LOG
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Restrooms are not available for outside guests
    • If agency employee and they have a questions or comments about their job, they have to speak to their agency
    • Use of the intercom
    • Use of the entry buttons for both the front door and reception door
    • Keeping things neat and tidy
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
    • Enter data into the receiving log – shared with you via OneDrive
    • Hand mail / packages to appropriate person
    • Sending out mail and packages
      • Use of stamp machine / maintenance
      • UPS Speedship
      • Creating labels
      • Tracking
  • Office Supply ordering through various vendors
  • Works with Office Assistant to inform her of needed supplies.
  • Maintains the upkeep of conference rooms, meeting rooms, and overall office
    • This would be part of your morning and afternoon duties
  • Assists Project Manager / Executives with company meetings and events, and various tasks
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Helps and directs production employees to their training

  • Make sure conference rooms are organized and tidy

  • Breakroom

    • Refill coffee pods in the drawer

    • Refill snacks from nature box (located in the shelf on top of the left fridge)

    • Put away any food that is out

    • Replace paper towels if needed

    • Tidy up chairs

  • Bathrooms

    • Make sure toilet paper rolls are replaced if needed

    • Stock TP on the top

    • Refill the paper towel dispenser if needed

    • Make sure to wipe down and stock pint glasses

  • Check calendars daily
