Pay Rate/Salary: $14.25 - $14.75
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Primary responsibility is the tracking, monitoring, and accountability of all Branch Operations outbound and inbound paperwork. Plan, dispatch, and process all container moves. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for providing backup support in the local dispatch area by answering phone, weighing trucks, issuing uniforms and other daily operational tasks. He/She must have the ability to continuously prioritize various day to day job duties and have the ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
Demanding, fast-paced work environment.
Full time position (40+ hrs/week) with work hours generally Monday through Friday with flexibility in work schedule for start and finish times as determined by supervisor as well as overtime as necessary including nights and/or weekends.
Inside average office environment with average noise levels.
Varying inside and outside weather and temperature conditions.
Must possess and maintain a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and sit at a desk all for extended periods of time.
Heavy volume of phone calls.
