Fantastic, Full Time Direct Hire opportunity!

Bilingual (Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish) Customer Service Representatives needed for claims department at mobile device call center.

This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be an Asurion employee from day one.

You will be taking information from existing Asurion customers to file an insurance claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged phone.

Job Description:

  • You will be taking information from existing Asurion customers to file an insurance claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged phone.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual – English/Spanish

  • Must be available to work between the hours of 11am-11pm during the week and on the weekend

  • Must have at least six (6) months of customer service experience.

  • Must have experience working with difficult or upset customers.

  • Must have computer skills.

  • Must have good tenure in previous positions.

  • Must have a great attitude!

Pay:

  • $14.00

  • + monthly bonus opportunities up to $600/month!

Schedule:

You must be available to work from 11am-11pm during the week and on the weekend. You will be scheduled four (4) days during the week and one (1) day on the weekend. We are unable to accommodate any different schedule requests at this time.

You will be required to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
