Job Requirements Ã¢â¬Â¢High school diploma or GED and preferred & 1 year of customer service experience. Ã¢â¬Â¢Certifications and degrees (related to IT or Computer Science) preferred Ã¢â¬Â¢Available to attend six-week training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends. Ã¢â¬Â¢Flexible to work weekends and holidays with the possible to flex up or down on hours depending on business needs. Ã¢â¬Â¢Pass a pre-employment drug screen. Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills are a plus.
