On-Site Supervisor - Carrollton, TX

This position will work at a Staffmark customer's location and will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our client and temporary employees. The position will be handling all staffing related duties such as hiring, placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees placed at the customer site.

  • Evaluate customer staffing needs and develop recruiting plans to meet needs

  • Develop and foster professional partnership with customer and their supervisors

  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and temporary employees

  • Handle all customer inquiries, concerns and issues

  • Manage timekeeping process for temporary employees to ensure they are paid and the customer is invoiced correctly

  • Create and manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the customer

  • Manage temporary productivity, attendance, job performance and address issues as needed by counseling and coaching the temporary employees

  • Ensure internal compliance Staffmark requirements are met

  • Participate in meetings as required by Staffmark and client

2 years of experience supervising employees (50 or more employees) in a metric driven environment. Prior Staffing industry preferred. Be highly energetic and experience with and/or ability to work in a fast paced environment and to work well under pressure. Able to work evening hours to meet the business needs of the customer. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task. Have a strong customer service attitude and commitment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
