A food processing company located in Baltimore, MD has a great need for an Administrative Assistant. The position has an administrative and a data entry role. The main responsibilities are to collect, store, and analyze the given data or logs daily. Must have knowledge and experience in MS Office (especially in Access, Excel, and Outlook). Must have great customer service skills. Must be very organized and manage time efficiently. This position has the opportunity to evolve to take a greater role in the company

1-2 years’ experience in an HR Clerk or HR Assistant position. Candidate must have their high school diploma. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Must pay attention to detail and have a strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience with an HRIS system (Kronos experience is desired). Bilingual preferred.
