My cutting edge, growing client in City of Industry is seeking a direct hire Production Supervisor.
The production supervisors primary responsibility is to lead and coordinate activities of Associates engaged in the Manufacturing assembly process. This person will train, instruct, coach and supervise Associates within the established production standards and goals set forth by the company. This individual will assign work, procure supplies and parts and communicate manufacturing and assemble demands to team members, as well as performs safety, quality and maintenance requests and audits. Also, will inspect completed product and sub-assemblies for conformance to specifications, using specified processes, tools, and measuring instruments.

Ã¢â¬Â¢ AA /AS degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical) or BA /BS degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical) is preferred. Ã¢â¬Â¢ 5+ years ability to multi-task and manage non-routine situations Ã¢â¬Â¢ 3- 5 yearsÃ¢â¬â¢ ability to identify different wire gauges Ã¢â¬Â¢ 3- 5 yearsÃ¢â¬â¢ experience in reading blueprints and schematics Ã¢â¬Â¢ 3- 5 yearsÃ¢â¬â¢ experience with various electrical crimpers Ã¢â¬Â¢ 3- 5 yearsÃ¢â¬â¢ knowledge of electronics, electronic systems, integration and heavy wiring Ã¢â¬Â¢ Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus Ã¢â¬Â¢ Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferable in automotive.
