Job Description

- Review institutional statements (EBR) and perform research to ensure accurate and complete reporting. Provide by established deadlines.

- Coordinate participant payment process between administrators and vendor.

- Ensure requests are processed timely and accurately. Balance and transmit monies to fund payments and taxes.

-Establish asset records on accounting system according to industry standards by daily deadlines to facilitate trading and transfers.

-Reconcile accounts tracked for reporting and performance review that are held at external custodians.

-Perform pricing review, research and manually updating pricing on a weekly and monthly basis for assets not vendor priced.

-Perform established weekly and monthly maintenance tasks, monitor exception reports on a daily basis to ensure that exceptions are cleared timely to provide accurate investment performance reporting.

-Participate in business continuity testing and perform as team designee when event plan is enacted.

-Track various statistical department data and provide SLA and KPI management reporting as assigned.

We are looking for individuals with a high attention to detail, great reconcilement experience, and preferably at least 1 year working with securities and trusts.
