  • Receives requests for product purchase, changes and cancellations directly from customers sales force.
    Maintain good customer/employee relations. Use SAP computer operating system to place orders, retrieve customer information, and monitor the status of orders and to make necessary changes or cancellations. Ensure that correct codes are used for retrieving and inputting information Follow up on inquiries, working closely with operations regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments; shipment tracking for customers; obtain proof of deliveries as needed. Handle the needs of sales representatives and customers.
    Check SAP system to locate appropriate warehouse for requested for requested items in order to meet customer's delivery requirements.
    Input and cancel a sales order.
    Generate invoice
    Create, receive and close a RMA.
    Performs Consignment billing.
    runs applicable reporting for maintaining inventory accuracy.
    Calculates ship and arrival dates.
    Obtain freight charges from the freight rater website.
    Computer data entry.
    Maintains organized filing records.
    Sort mail.
    Answers phone.
    Some light reception duties.

This position requires at least 5-7 years experience as a Customer Service Representative role in manufacturing/customer service office environment. The position will support the daily operations of the office pertaining to, but not limited to Customer Service and other routine office functions.
