Staffmark is looking for a Highly motivated, and dedicated candidate for a Senior Customer Service position at a Cincinnati based Printing company

Job Duties Include:

  • Assisting owner and sales with customer communication including calling, meeting and assisting clients and co-workers

  • Data entry, quotes, releases and purchase orders

  • Responsible for assisting with inventory; including entering in system and maintaining inventory levels

  • Processing and Tracking shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

  • Creating spreadsheets for various organizational tasks

  • Standard administrative processes such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying and organizing

Requirements:
