Working with an awesome company in Downtown San Francisco that is looking for a Administratvie Assistant to work on a contract basis. This company is a privately owned group that has thousands of retails locations worldwide. They are looking for an Admin Assistant with 3-5 years experience that is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, takes direction well and can work as a team player.

General office duties include: MS Office Suite, booking Global Travel and meetings, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars and other duties as assigned.

This role will start on November 5th and go through to May 10th.
